Sometimes you never know what and where you get from when you collect something. Ever since I started collecting Megadeth audiotapes I realized there were 5 types of shows: 1) you can get/trade, 2) tapers list them and state they are NFT, 3) shows that are rumored to be taped but you never saw them listed, 4) shows that were listed but tapers/traders that never replied, and 5) other shows you never knew if they were taped. Additionally, Youth in Europe 1995 shows had great setlists but were poorly taped.
So to cut the long story short, in the fall of 2020 my buddy Chris saw a guy selling his bootleg tape collection @Ebay. Much to our surprise he had this tape listed. A show from category 5 above! So thanks to Chris we got it and he ripped it. The last date of the tour for CoC. According to Dave, after the gig CoC were to fly home and Megadeth were heading to Israel 'to be blown up'. Great setlist with surprising three encores. Even setlist.fm had the set wrong. The recording itself is good, hissy, with some clicks here and there, but rather close-sounding. Killing Road is cut due to tape flip. Anarchy is performed as the 3rd encore, after the infamous 'You've been great? we've been Megadeth'. Dave sings "Anarchy in Belgium..."
