It looks like there's only one source of this show and this is the ultimate version. It is still not perfect, but almost A. The first night in NYC, quite different set list from the second date. Some annoying chatting at the taper… At the first chords of IMDH some guy starts to shout 'OMG! It's Skull Beneath the Skin!' :) And just look at the setlist.. great, ha?
